You could just have a couple SEALs open all the bottles. But start in the middle and work your way out, it would be a bitch if you got stuck in the middle the whole island sunk on top of you.
Better yet, can you train a dolphin to unscrew a bottle cap?

It will be a great day when all the crazy people get all the islands they need and the Air Force has to build an aircraft carrier out of old bottle.s
We won't build aircraft carriers out of bottles, we will just sink enemy islands.
