Grad school isn't easy -- that's a lie those of us going through it tell ourselves. By spreading the lie to others it's just that much easier to believe.
Additionally, most of us don't go to grad school while working (or at least we don't take grad classes while working). Since your ass has already been corporatified, I suspect the repeated pedagogic assault that is Grad School instruction may not go as smoothly. I've heard whining tends to make it worse. Just close your eyes and pretend you're somewhere else.
