this pretty much describes it all. A 150K truck (figure a million each with cost of guarding and delivering it) delivered to people who don't want or know what to with it. Best i can figure, there aren't even adequit descriptors to express what's going on over there.
I'd put a pay check on the chances of these trucks ending up filled with explosives and driven into some police recruitment office.
